Easy Puff Pastry Cherry Tartlets

These rustic Cherry Tartlets made with Puff Pastry are super quick and easy little pastries that are perfect for afternoon tea or a party. Made with 5 ingredients in less than an hour!

What you will need

Pitted Cherries, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Cornstarch and Puff Pastry  Optional: 1 egg and raw sugar

Make the cherry filling by mixing the pitted cherries, lemon juice, sugar and cornstarch. Cut out small disks of thawed puff pastry.


Place a little bit of cherry filling over the pastries and fold the edges on top of it. Optionally, brush with egg wash and top with raw sugar. Bake for 25 minutes.


Perfect for afternoon tea or a Summer party!
