Raspberry Panna Cotta

This super light and fresh Raspberry Panna Cotta with homemade Raspberry Compote topping is a delicious and easy Summer dessert.

What you will need

Raspberries, Milk, Cream, Sugar, Vanilla, Gelatin and Raspberry Compote (raspberries, lemon juice and sugar).

Blend the Raspberries, sift to remove the seeds and mix with the milk, cream, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan.

Instruction

Bring to a simmer then whisk in the rehydrated gelatin. Pour into cups and set in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours.

Make the raspberry compote topping by cooking the raspberries, lemon juice and sugar until thick. Top over the panna cotta.
