Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce
This Creamy Vegan Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce is the most versatile sauce ever! Use it as a Salad Dressing, a light dip or even as a dairy-free spread.
A Baking Journey

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Cumin Powder
Cut the Avocado in half and remove the skin.
Put the Avocado, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Olive Oil and Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Cumin Powder in a Blender.
Optional: also add the Coconut Cream for a creamier texture.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust if need.
Add more Lime Juice, Cilantro or Olive Oil to adjust the texture if required.
Transfer into a sealed jar and keep in the fridge for a week.
