Ingredients

Small Ripe Bananas
(about 120 gr)
Or 1 Large Ripe Banana

ml (1 cup)
Full Cream Milk
or Dairy-Free Milk

Buckwheat Flour

Baking Powder
Gluten-Free certififed

Brown Sugar

Cinnamon Powder
Butter or Oil to grease to pan
Instructions
Mash the Bananas in a medium-size bowl. Whisk with the Milk and Egg.
Add the Buckwheat Flour, Baking Powder (see note 1), Brown Sugar, Salt and Cinnamon Powder and mix until there are no more lumps.
Cook in a hot pan with some butter. Make sure to add more butter in between each round to avoid sticking.
Top with Maple Syrup, Sliced Bananas and Shredded Coconut.
Notes
Not all Baking Powders are Gluten-Free; if you need this recipe to be Gluten-Free, make sure to check that you are using the right Baking Powder.
